The editorial team reads every message. Email is how the journal corresponds, so there is no form to fill in and nothing to sign up for.
Email the editorial team
Write to contact@metacustom.org for anything to do with the journal: questions about an article, corrections, story suggestions, or sponsorship enquiries. The team aims to reply within five working days.
Reporting an error
If something in an article looks wrong, say which article it is and quote the sentence in question. Confirmed errors are corrected in the article itself, with the change noted on the page.
What the journal cannot help with
Metacustom is an editorial publication, not a service provider. Nobody at the journal can access, recover, or manage a wallet, an account, or funds — for you or for anyone else — and the team does not give advice about individual holdings. Messages asking for that kind of assistance are politely declined.
A note on sensitive details. Never include a recovery phrase, a private key, or a password in an email — to this journal or to anyone. Metacustom will never ask for them, and no legitimate organisation will either.
